Jessica Sadler is the youngest Director at Shamrock Joinery and a driving force behind the company’s day-to-day operations. As General Manager, Jessica brings a wealth of expertise in administration, customer service, and operational efficiency. She is a passionate advocate for women in the construction industry and leads with a focus on inclusivity, staff wellbeing, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
